Many people feel trapped, scattered, overwhelmed, stuck, and just plain β€œblah” these days.  I can help you zero in on problem areas and make changes that align you better with your values. In therapy, we will work together to improve your coping and problem-solving skills, increase your self-awareness, and broaden your perspective about your life circumstances and available solutions. 

I specialize in helping individuals initiate and navigate major transitions in their relationships, careers, and academic pursuits. I especially welcome anyone seeking support for non-traditional identities and lifestyles, and most of the people I see consider themselves to be multiracial, LGBTQ+, trans/non-binary, kinky, or polyamorous/non-monogamous. πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈπŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, humorous, and open-minded. I love to nerd out with people about their brains, so I’ll probably be asking a ton of questions and sending you away with hypotheses to test out between our sessions!
