Therapy is an investment. It involves a large commitment of time, money, and energy that will hopefully pay off at some point down the road. It is an investment in yourself. In your relationships. In your physical, mental, and emotional health. In your present AND your future. The relief you experience, the skills you acquire, and the personal growth you achieve in therapy will extend far past your time with me and may continue to produce benefits for the rest of your life. Therapy
INDIVIDUAL
$205 for 45-min sessions
$275 for 60-min sessions
Couples & Multiple Partner Arrangements
$235 for 45-min sessions
$315 for 60-min sessions
***60-min sessions are required for the first session with couples/multiples, along with a 45-min intake session with each person individually which totals $785+ for the intake process***
Insurance
I am in-network with Lyra Health and SHIP insurance (UC Berkeley’s Anthem Blue Shield student health insurance plan).
If you have out-of-network benefits through another insurance plan, I can provide a monthly “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Reduced fees
I offer temporarily reduced rates for current clients who experience acute financial hardship during our work together. I also have an occasional low-fee short-term therapy slot available for clients who are financially underprivileged and identify as QTPOC (queer and/or trans people of color).
If I am unable to accommodate your financial needs, I can provide referrals to other therapists and sliding-scale clinics.
Regular attendance is crucial for effective therapy, so please make every effort to attend your scheduled sessions in order to maximize the therapeutic benefits! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform me as soon as you can and I will do my best to accommodate you. Full payment will be due for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
